I know wprobot can publish rss content. But I just wonder whether there is a free or cheap wordpress plugin that can do same to publish rss content like wprobot?

I assume you mean "pull", not "publish". E.g.: CyberSyn. It's 100% freeware.

There are many bugs and it never been updated since 2007...

rss poster - free and rss poster pro is 47$ I think. They work very well. Also CyberSyn is nice.
