Almost everything I seen on this forum is with people for experience, using terminology that I quite don't understand yet.

What is the best way to start a new blog, linking build, build pr then start blogging?

How do I get index on google, does that come with the link building?

if you are new to the topic, I would recommend you to run a "normal" blog about a topic of your choice. Start to blog on a regular basis (e.g. daily). The next step (after blogging for a while) should be to analyze your "AS-IS" status, this should help you to learn some of the basic terms regarding SEO. Afterwards you should figure out a "TO-BE" plan for your blog, come back here and take a look on strategies the guys used to improve their sites/blogs and test them for your own.

It's not useful to spend hours in reading this board, when you are missing the very very basics. At least, this is my opinion. :-)

Start with the stickies in the Blogging forum, and the White Hat SEO forum and go from there.

First things first, worry about having fresh content for the first few weeks. Then start doing your backlinking and all that good stuff

I guess there aren't any. I didn't check first. The White Hat section will cover a lot of your questions.

Check out some of the guides in the downloads section as well, there are some decent guides for beginners.
