The Google Dance

Do you spam backlink on it.

Re: The Google Dance
This is completely normal behaviour for a new site...
The first few months is all about establishing some steady link velocity - so just build slowly and gradually and ramp up.
Try to keep it to quality content-based links at the start. Hitting new domains with large low-quality low-content link blasts can make a new site bounce all over the place. Avoid big SB/Comment/Profile blasts to a new domain, unless they're to 2nd/3rd tiers beneath content links.

Google loves fresh content, especially if its unique. I believe the Google dance is partially influenced by this factor. In fact, I have noticed I rank better if I post content daily instead of every 3 days (for the record, I only post unique 500+ wds content).

It happens to new sites, it's not rare for websites to reach very high positions and than drop down. Be patient and position will be stabilized. Generate quality links.
