A blogger blog is a webpage, just edit the .css and make it how you want it, if you don't know .css, then learn it and welcome in a new and very useful skill.

Honetly, i would switch to wordpress if i were you.

I used to use blogger and switching to wordpress has proven to be extremely beneficial for both my page's design, and the traffic I draw to my page
