I've found it is a pretty good way to get a decent flow of targetted traffic daily.
It won't work miracles for web traffic, but it definitely helps a lot

This forum has more than enough topic about using tweetattacks why don't you do a little search, I found it hard way to accept such thread you had opened, wasting of our time and definitely you may get a negative REP
