e.g. 5 articles to each blog daily

If it would be 1 private proxy then WP would easily find out that one IP sends to 1000 different blogs every day.

1) To how many WP/Blogger blogs can you post to with 1 private proxy in 1 day before the blog is deleted?
2) Would it be better to rotate many public proxies instead, although they are slow and not reliable?
3) Are there services that give you new private proxies every day or week on a monthly payment?
