Hello I am getting a little over 300 views a day with my site it is about workbook and textbook answers. I want to get over the 1000 views a day hump, does any one have any tips I have about 50 backlinks, minor SEO and about 75 post. It is also a blogspot.

First of all, try to draw in some traffic from similar sites - forum posts, blog comments, etc.

Secondly, I would suggest transferring to WordPress. It's a little bit of work, but it pays off. I was hesitant to do it but I took the leap 2 weeks ago and my traffic doubled. Their SEO plugins are unbeatable

Try Early Bird Traffic they promote to over 300,000 people in all social networks ie, Facebook,Twitter, and Myspace for a low fee. Quick way to get the exposure you're looking for in less than a week.

I assume you have your own domain, if not get it as soon as possible.

Agree completely with azguru, wordpress is much more friendly for a blog. There are tons of ready made plugins available to start your SEO efforts.

Getting 1000 visitors a day, is not a big thing if you are clear about how you are going to convert that traffic

1. Adsense (SEO / organic is the best bet in that case)
2. CPM banner ads (traffic from social sites will work)
3. Affiliates (Adwords / forums / Facebook ads)
4. Show traffic and Quickly flip it over flippa (buy untargeted traffic)

All-in-one SEO is a great plugin for beginners. There really aren't too many more for just straight up SEO purposes.

if you're looking for free traffic then youtube is your answer..

If you need traffic find a contractor to do that if you have some budget but if not, try to use forum postings.

Ever tried promoting via twitter or facebook? There might be people interested in your blog there, especially students who are fond of textbooks! Try your luck and see if your traffic goes up.
