In you meta description you need to add any keywords you want to rank for. Regardless of whether or not they are in meta keywords.

i give you 2 cent, go to ezine, make acc if don`t have.When click "New Articles" and post your article in "Article Body" ezine give you best keywords for this articles :P

Meta tags are important but not so much as your meta description.

but according to Google webmaster tools all pages meta and title need to be different and unique in nature! This is my experience!
