Thesis seems to be the best for SEO.
Swift seems to be the fastest one out there, and is very good SEO-wise.

What would you use?

the most seo tools from thesis are available with free seo tools like yoast etc..

Thesis + Yoast rocks, incredibly easy to customize the look into whatever you want, hooks allow for easy customization, use a a good caching plugin and throw it up on CloudFlare and it screams.

I am definitely not a Thesis-hater... but I will tell you that we have converted all of our sites away from Thesis. I agree with a previous poster that Yoast (or similar SEO plugins) along with a simple WP theme used and set up properly will be great.

Having Thesis limits you to a handful of coders should you need customization and it is not really easier to use.

Google the following: "emperor's new clothes Thesis WordPress" and you will find a great post up top (from Hive Health Meda)that articulates what I have found to be true about Thesis.

If you are an experienced Thesis user and totally understand it and don't plan on doing any outsourcing... then that's another story.

I use Thesis and I am happy with it. Visually, it is nothing special, but it is great for SEO

Thesis was one of the first theme frameworks to offer built in SEO options, this is good for seo.

Thesis will be beter as budget is huge. if you want quick then go for the other.
