Yeah, there's those Wordpress plugins that helps you to grab content from other blgos using RSS feeds and post it in your blogs.

My suggestion: Avoid it.. better get TBS or spinnerchief. Randomly spin a few articles and schedule it on your blog. If you work for 1 hour, you can schedule around 15-20 articles. If you schedule to post 1 article/week, you needn't worry about your blog for another 5 months.
