    m looking at making money threw adds and referals but its a massive market is it worth hitting at or is the competition to great £7 for a click will not be bad at all i currently do 5 blogs but nothing near as good as that for money worth

    gambling is one of the largest niches there is..so naturally more competitive..are you planning on doing a microniche blog?

    poker is extremely competitive. it would be safe to say that a year of SEO may get you somewhere, but it would be tough to get on page 1 without a struggle.

    It's a very tough niche. If you don't have a lot of cash, time, and energy to invest I would avoid this niche.

    If you have to ask, you're probably not going to do well. The big SEO poker guys are easily spending $20k+ per month.

    The resources needed for some markets can be staggering and poker/gambling is right near the top. I'd only approach it with a boatload of money that you can stand losing. There are easier and safer ways to earn a buck.
