Help? You can do it yourself. Google how to add title tag and meta tag to your blogger blog, then your template is seo friendly.

go for the ordinary default ones. they are really good. concentrate on content.but more importantly, immediately leave blogger and buya self hosted plan.

I'd host my own and switch to wordpress. It costs a few dollars but is SO much easier.

Thesis Blogger template is the most used template.
