I was looking at some of my competition, then i saw that this guy was posting my videos that i cretated on youtube, and he stole the same exact look of my blogger blog. Is there anything i can do to report him or delete his accounts?

To prevent this.. Watermark your videos in the center with the opacity of 30%

It happened to me once with a forum.

Best thing to do is to watermark your content, and look if he is hotlinking your images.

If he is there is a few nasty stuff to do

The one which could actually help you is to rename images on your website.

Then you pick an image and you encapsulate a heavy file in the image (50-100 mo)

Then you upload it, and according how the code is written the page won't load or take ages to.

And if it is loading google will penalize him anyway.

Send the web host a dmca notice for copyright infringement. Should get him to remove the files pretty quick! :P
