There are a couple of blogs I want to scrape content from, then edit it myself and publish it. What tools would allow me to do that?

Note that this is not for autoblogging. I just want to download the contents and decide what to keep and then modify it manually.

If you want to scrape a WordPress blog - just let me know and I'll help you with the appropriate code. In case if you just want to copy all the posts from one blog to another, there are special WP plugins for it. E.g. the one in my signature.
