when i try to login my wp website, got the message of FATAL ERROR, from last 1 hour. Image is below. Can anyone tell me what is the main problem??? it showing in theme.
and my website working fine when i open.

As it says it's a memory problem. I used to have this when my database got too big.
Contact your host and ask them how this can be solved. They might recommend you to upgrade your plan. Ask them what limit is exceeded.

Another host bitched about processes running in the background. I forgot to remove a cronjob that was running every minute haha.

actually its 100mb total and more than 50mb free but SQL database limit was unlimited... then why this happens... even on mine no cron job running, i think so..

Yes, limit is exceeded, which often the case on free hosting. You actually get little on free hosting...

if i backup my home directory.. and is it possible to upload on another good payed host and then my website work same as right now or i have to post everything again and set theme and other stuff plugin, widget

You need to backup your files via ftp and the database

backed up home directory and database via cPanel..

solved,, actually its askimet plugin,, which using 64mb php memory..

now its working very fine..
