Is there any way to include in the meta description of a search result page the search_phrase and the excerpt (in Wordpress)?

I want to optimize the snippet in Google of a search page to look like:

Title: Searched keyword
Description: Searched keyword. Excerpt excerpt excerpt excerpt excerpt excerpt etc etc etc.
