How do I stop my contact form messages getting sent to my junk box?

Maybe a noob question but I dont know.

I just put a contact form on my sites and when testing them they keep going straight to junk which defeats the object!

I tried flagging one as not junk thinking it might sort the others but still they go to junk when i send subsequent ones.

This is with hotmail btw.
