I'm looking for advice from anyone who runs a large Wordpress/buddypress based site regarding emails. I'm looking for advice in three main areas;

• general emails (eg confirmations, forgot password etc)
• newsletter integration & generation
• membership reminders

General Emails

The site is buddypress based (potential for even more user-generated emails!) imagine I need to use a third party fore deliver-ability.

Sendgrid is looking like the best option, good (easy) documentation for Wordpress & good pricing.

- does anyone have any other recommendations for this?

Newsletters

I would greatly appreciate any advice on quality newsletter generation plugins. eg I can select content from Wordpress to build the newsletter and ideally send to users depending on their profile information (eg location)

Membership Reminder Plugin

Looking for something that works with buddypress & will send reminder messages eg after inactivity for 30 days. Honest recommendations appreciated.
