I'm not sure if there is any demand for a ping service as there are many free ones online. If you'd rather do it yourself, just go to one of the site listed below:

I'm not asking for thanks or rep as this is nothing outstanding. I just know when I was starting out I always had a hard time getting indexed. I've tested this with 3 blogs and 2 of them got indexed overnight. This also works great if you have a blog that you have recently updated the title, description, keywords, etc.

IT's a Press Release, and is one of the Best way to index Post/blog/sites....

All sites have been pinged up to this point. So far everyone has seen their site indexed in under 12 hours.

Can anynoe put some light on this? Did it help you?
