I am thinking of launching a blog. But I'm confused, how much articles do I post on the blog each day?

I dont think there is a set amount that should be done a day. Some people post 1 article every 7 days others post 5-7 times a day. That is something that you will just have to figure out what works best for you.

Post an article every Friday for consistency and then bump it up to Tuesday and Friday
then Then you can drop in a few articles on Wed Or Sat. Don't Post artciels on Sun
because that's when 90% of websites traffic is the lowest.

I write 8 articles for the month and schedual them so my blog is stays active and then
if I with any extra articles during that month I just drop them in.

there's not a minimum or maximum, you can add as many as you like, but i recommend at least 1 / day

I try to do 1 every 3 days. Seems like i lose serp when i dont

Google loves fresh content, but it should be of good quality and of course regular.

I agree that content must be fresh and unique but what is your opinion about articles rate?

yes unique article must.. you can add article for weekly once That's enough

I'm currently adding 1 a day everyday to all my sites and at this moment, I'm writing them myself because I have some time.

If you can manage it or afford to outsource, I'd go for at least 1 a day.

1 article everyday for first 20 days and then 1 per 3-4 days.

Depends on the niche. Some niches have potential for new material every single day meanwhile with other niches you'll soon be writing the same things over and over again if you're just shooting for some magic number of articles per day/week/month.

Can you tell us your niche or at least the industry your blog is targeting? Also look at what your competitors are doing when it comes to article publishing on a day-to-day basis, try and match their output if it's at all possible.

I am planning to go for pc virus niche.

I did 125.000+ (yes 125K) posts once within 48 hours.

Don't let anyone come up with the bullshit that it matters how much you post, when a big company sets up a big website they are also not going to wait 2 years to post all their content if they have alot, they simply post it all, obviously.

I'll suggest that you add as many posts as you can when you start out. This should reflect on your crawling budget immediately. You can alter the numbers along the way as you better understand what works for your niche best. Remember to start the number high as you start out since the blog will need more attention initially.

There is no limitation as such and you can posts as many but try to keep good quality content and unique one.

It does depend on the niche competition as well. If the niche is over 500k/mo, then you post everyday. If its 250k/mo, then every other. Less than 250k, every 3 days. Under 100k, once a week. That's just my formula for my blogs..

It all depends upon your content, I publish daily 2-3 unique article on my blog and it works pretty well.

4 - 5 articles in a week are enough to keep your blog LIVE.

As my niche is fairly technical so I am now planning to go for 1-2 articles on daily basis with reviews and updates also.

In order to posting article you should do with unique content. Just because Google love to watching unique and fresh article and that is very effective. So you may post 3-4 article in a weekly basis. Thanks....

Well its a good suggestion but I am looking to post minimum 1 article per day.

As many as better if you ask me. But make sure you post only unique quality content and not rubbish.

On my most popular blog I post around 3 articles per day and Google love this.

Of course rubbish is of no value

Do not submit too much articles so that you look like spam.

It doesn matter how much you post in a day, if you do it everyday.

does anyone have a static frontpage? or are your homepages a list of your blogposts? Should articles be posted on their seperate pages, or as a blogpost?

Its ok if one posts 1 or 2 daily.

Well I think it's safe to do at least 1 blog post a day, but you can do as many as you like. Just make sure the articles are interesting and draw people in.

This is not true. It will look like spam if you start a new blog and posts 100 copied articles per day. That is spam.

But you can safely post let's say, 10 articles/posts per day without having to fear Google. As I said, as far as you post unique quality stuff, you won't get in trouble.

That sounds logical to me.

From our experience 3-5 post per day is very good

If you have1 content writer that is capable of publishing once per day then that is fine.
If you have 100 content writers that are capable of publishing once per day then that is also fine.

Google does not discriminate if you run a small publishing company or a large one.

Hey, the more the better but to keep your blog alive and to try to get people to enter your blog again and again you should probably post at least 1 article per day.

I prefer to y new blogs, 2 post pr day for 2 weeks.
When 1 post per day for 1 week.
And after all 1 post per week All the time.

I am in this niche and here is my advice.

I have basically found these money making areas: Cleaning out the computer, registry cleaning, drivers updating, and live online support, backup and disaster recovery (the big one!!).

You will not convert this traffic by sending them to your offer. They must be led there.

Balance the hype, use more of a "you know you have to do this" approach as opposed to "Make your computer run 1000 tomes faster, click here" approach.

Article marketing brings traffic but in computer repair cases for some reason it doesn't really convert. I think most people at first are looking to fix it themselves, and until they get to the "I tired of this shit" phase, they wont buy.

What does work very well is forum participation. Prove you know about computers and people will trust your opinion on what products to buy. Links in your signature on these forums is solid gold.

E-mail marketing won't work, because if you keep in touch with your customers about keeping their computers clean they will unsubscribe out of annoyance. When their compuuter gets infcted, then they will look for a solution.

Computer cleaning is not an evergreen niche. By that I mean the customer only has a reason to visit your site once. Even your best customers have no reason to become a repeat customer. It is strictly a one night stand. If your site is not a solution for their problem, they will move on. If your site does solve their problem, they will spend their money and move on anyway. Either way they are gone. Why go to a computer repair website if your computer is working fine? Why even think about a computer repair web site if everything is fine?


If you do decide to stay in this niche, target buying keywords (get virus clean, clean computer online, buy antivirus, you get the idea) instead of the shorttails.

Join revenuewire and regnow affiliate programs and talk to your account manager about what is converting now, how other successful affiliates are creating their funnels. Stick only to what is converting, and take your account managers advice to heart.

There is no such things as number of posts per day. Since it is your own blog. Just make sure that you will write a good content of posts that can attract readers. It is much also convenient to post articles during weekdays because of the reason that there are many people who's busy surfing and finding information's during weekdays.

I only do one per two weeks but thats because my website is new... Though it isn't ranking well so maybe I should increase?

its depend on you how many post you write and post
if you post more site it will be benefit for you and google will give you detect you soon and will give you nice reputation,,,
