Can anyone please suggest a theme that have 3 blocks of image at the homepage? The effect is not necessary.

The easiest way would be to go at themeforest and browse the themes. I am sure I saw at least one with that slider but I doubt many would be able to name a specific theme. Alternatively you could use just the slider and replace it in a suitable theme.
