video-based WORDPRESS website questions??

I have a mapped domain name already, but i have not payed for hosting. Is anyone familiar with Video Press?, video hosting for Wordpress. If so are they woth it?
Are there other video hosting websites out there that I could use that may be better than video press?

Also would anyone happen to know a good source for videos of any kind that can be legally placed on my website?

This one is pretty SICK! I remember last time that when I used Blogger, they also had a theme like this but with a different design. To tell you honestly, I'm really looking for this kind of theme for one of my niche sites.
