Then check NextGen Gallery plugin with Slider Evolution plugin. After that look for a good looking photo/portfolio theme. Themeforest has a lot of wordpress themes, you may want to check their site.

The website looks like it has been coded. And the photos you see below the site is when you apply as a publisher in mgid.com and put a certain code in a page. Maybe you can use HTTRACK to rip the website. Or look for a like website script. Or better hire a coder to clone the site and redesign it.
BTW the age of the site is just 1 yr and it has a rank of 1,058 receiving 2.8m monthly which is really superb.
