Can anybody figure out what size header or banner I would need
for posting a cpa offer on it, the theme is from FThemes.com and
is called Endue here's the link to the them home page.

If you're asking about the ad size itself, it's 468x60 (you can see it in the demo image they have in the header).

The container for the logo and adspace is 950x66 and the logo container is 154x66
