I was wondering with all of the new changes on Google, if I insert a small slogan of text & URL (the same in every post) on my pictorial blog, will this hurt or benefit the SEO ranking of the blog? (or neither...)

Why the same? Make it random. You are using CyberSEO Lite, right? In this case you just need to make a list of your phrases in the following format:

Phrase 1
####more####
Phrase 2
####more####
Phrase 3
####more####
Phrase 4
####more####
etc...

And simple place it into the "Post Headers" or "Post Footers" box (depending on where exactly you want it be added to every syndicating post) on the feed settings page.

If your list of phrases will be big enough, Google will be just happy with your autoblog
