WP Plugin Protection

I did a search on here but failed to find an answer.....

How to you protect a premium WP plugin from being shared? Yes, I do realize that this the BHW ;-)

I just can't seem to find a solution. I need to automatically create license codes for a premium WP plugin that I am developing. Can anyone recommend a 3rd party service or solution?


You know the setup;

1) customer buys plugin,
2) they get emailed the license code
3) They enter license code activate/register the plugin before it works.

Argh, painful point mate. The host (yes the one who lost the entire forum and its backup when their server crashed) still don't know their head from their arse.

The server they set me back up with was a bag of shite, it just wasn't set up properly so I got them to move me to a new cluster and migrate the data - during this 3 day period the server was offline (yeah I know it shouldn't have happened).

It is back up again now and the members section is at http://shezblogging.com/forum/

Let me know if you have any probs logging in.
