Wordpress Plugin - Articles & Bookmarking

Hi all,
Thought I'd fire off a question if I may.

I've recently rekindled my blog and am trying to find a solution to a problem.

What I'm trying to do is distribute every article I write to as many article directory sites as possible. Then I want to be able to social bookmark all the live links within the article directories to get them indexed fast.

I'm currently using OnlyWire for bookmarkting of posts on my own site and I've been looking for ages for a way to do this.

The difficulty I'm having is that I want to keep it all within Wordpress, so a plugin or script of some sorts for WP is what I'm after.

Can anyone answer the call?
