WP Twenty Ten Theme Layout

I am using twenty ten default theme for my blog. I SWEAR there used to be an option in the dashboard to change the layout of the pages to switch the sidebar from right to left, to have no sidebar...etc.. was like radio buttons or something. I cant find it now, anybody know where its located inside the wordpress dashboard?
