Wordpress doubt! Could you please help me?!

Hi,
I just want to use wordpress like this:

I want to write a post (without the whole content just 4 lines) and when clicking on the title from this post, the link will go to another URL (another post which require fill out a webform), after this I will get another post or page which has a file to download. Is there a wordpress plugin to do this?

I'm not sure about plugins but what I do know is to do this you'd have to edit the template file...

maybe some programmers could lead you in the right direction

Make the post title a clickable link to the webform, webform links to download page.
Or have a content lock open on title click.
And don't touch your template as someone said above.
It's bloody easy but I'm on my second bottle of wine.
Don't pay anyone either you can search and find.
It helps with your learning curve.

Could you please help me doing it?

Remember it's linking the title and the read more to the WebForm page, but before this, I want to show part of the real post content. I have seen it on pages.
