Wordpress plugin that stores emails???

So I have a website which is basically a contest where the contestants have to enter their name, email address and pick what they'd like to win. Now what I'm trying to figure out is if there's a way I can store those email addresses so I can use them later and also is there a way I can send them a verification link?

I'm not looking to be spoonfed but if someone could point me in the right direction because I've been searching google and wordpress.org for hours now for a plugin that can do this with no luck.
