Just install the All In One SEO Pack - thats a pretty good pack.
If you want to do a proper job though and have enough data to analyse, I would also recommend installing the Google webmasters plug in, Google analytics and the xml sitemap plug in (and registering this through your webmaster tools account)

You should read more on SEO topics in this forum first. There is a lot to learn and you should do it properly. As suggested above, AIO SEO, sitemp, webmaster and analytics are good choices. I would add robots meta and seo images if you use lots of pics.
Another good one to start with is SEO ultimate, combines more functions in one plugin. All of them will help but it's bets to read about SEO first.

Read about on-page SEO, and apply the tactics accordingly. There are plug-ins out there that help automate this process, with seopressor being one of them. I've also heard of another that is pretty good - the name escapes me at the moment, but if you search seopressor threads, it's in there.

I think it'd be a good idea to change the permalink structure too, I make mine just '/postname'. In case you're rushed and don't have time to add the tags, keywords etc for the advanced seo plugins mentioned, when making a post.
