I want to raise some of my keywords on a wp blog, and I know is better to not link only to the index, so, in that case, I have to link different keywords to:
a - specific keyword article
b - tag ( of keyword )
c - category ( of keyword )
d - mix ( index, article, tag and category )

The blog is pretty fresh ( 3 month ), it will be max 100 links/keyword X 10 keywords.
Please advice

Generally it is best to link to articles all throughout your blog, not just to your blogs homepage. This allows you to rank for more of the long tail keywords that your blog may be about rather than just the keywords that are on your homepage...

Sry. I was talking about link building, not internal links

Yes, I'm talking about link building also. If you have say 2000 links from external sources and they all link to your home page alone, that doesn't look natural. On the other hand if say 1500 are to your home page, and the other 500 are to posts throughout your blog, that looks natural and will help you rank better.

Although with only a 3 month old blog, it wouldn't look normal to have 2000 links either, so just take your time with it.

Maybe if you can restate what your question is, I'm not sure what your looking for other than that.

so, it's better to get links to my index mostly and 25% of it to inner articles. I thougt will be better to get some links to some category and/or tags, for ex:

mydomain/category1
mydomain/tag/keyword

Categories are OK to link to, as long as they actually pertain directly to the rest of your blog.

Stay away from trying to promote your tags. My understanding is that Big G will often look at this as keyword spamming. They will index your tags along with your posts, you don't want to try and shove them in their face, because it wouldn't look natural for anyone to link to your tags...
