Theme Spinner templates HELP

Hi all.

I just downloaded one of the free theme spinner templates.
BUt the instructions that comes with it isnt easy to follow. Not to me at least.

Is there anyone here that have used them and can help me out?

They have categories planted on the frontpage. I have managed to find some categories but not all.

Anyone there that can help me?

I didn't see the free themes in the support forum, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

I signed up for that 1 week ago, but havent been approved for posts.
I have also tried to send them email but im told there is some malware in my email and that my ip is logged.
