please give me advice on my blog :) input will be appreciated

Hi there,
I run the following blog: http://tiny.cc/celebstyle

and was wondering if you could give me any advice on it.

Currently my ads*sense account is giving me a 0.01 conversion rate. I do see other people getting 10~15% on this forum so if there's anything that I can improve on, please let me know and it'll be greatly appreciated

I am not trying to work on the volume of the traffic, but rather the click through ratio.

I try to send traffic by doing the following to my blgo:
commenting to blog
social bookmarking
submitting rss

It looks like a spammy RSS feed blog (SPLOG).

Oh and kimmora lee simmons has some weird looking tits on there lolz

yeah, I read in another post in this forum that a 300x250 block on top of the post does well apparently.

I have just tried that so I'll see how well that goes.

It looks pretty spammy to me. I think you need to modify the layout a little, just appears as one of those blogs you can put up in 5 seconds
