As the title says can i change webmaster tools account and analytics account from a blog without getting banned from adsense.

I have 2 adsense accounts each linked with Webmaster tools and analytics account.

I want to move this site to second adsense account. Please note i have only added this site to analytics and webmaster tools account, I didn't placed adsense ads on this blog till now.

Web master tools and Google analitics are just tools,you dont have to use them.

You can change without problem.
