Seems as though things are wacky again.

Need to delete some duplicate posts and figure which version is not causing this.

Any info appreciated.

I'm not familiar with WPR but if you want a seperate WP plugin as a temporary fix try "Duplicate Posts Eraser"

I had same issue. Unfortunately if you spin your title formatting and body format it may not catch it.

I think the dupe issue was something to do with saving images to server.
Or adding featured images improperly or to templates that do not use keys to set featured images
