Site I want is using Thesis theme

There's this site I came across that is using Thesis 1.8 with A LOT of modifications. I already have a copy of Thesis 1.8.

My knowledge with coding and the custom hooks and functions in Thesis is very limited. Does anyone know if there is a way to find all the sites custom hooks, etc. When I try to find the custom_functions.php, I can't see it. But I can grab his custom.css.

Maybe you can use their documentation, I myself prefer using WooThemes for my website.
