Have you ever seen this theme

hi people there's this guy won't tell the name of his theme, renamed the theme folder on his server and even changed the copyright stuff within the footer and css. luckily typed hisdomain.c0m/wp-content/themes/theme/screenshot.jpg and got this screenshot. Has anybody ever seen this theme????

one more thing is there a way i could cheat the PHP parser and retrieve raw .php files from his server..... GOD i need this theme badly

IMO you're barking up the wrong tree. Try a WP forum.

That said, if all else fails, try the following:
1) Download a WP template with the same structure
2) Download image files from the guy's WP template (use right click to save image as...)
3) Replace the image files in the WP template you downloaded with the guy's image files

I've never tried that but I don't see why it wouldn't work with a few minor changes to the CSS.

no dude i dont want the images i need tha structure ... thats my prob i've search almost ever theme database and even looked for any good replacements but no none are that good...

If you don't need the theme because of its script and instead you only want it for the visuals, try to recreate it yourself, or outsource it and have someone making a page based on that screenshot.

Precisely, IMO it is most probably done himself. It is not too hard to do. If you want to search BHW, there is CSS ebook which should teach you all you need for it.
