Does a WP theme capable of this exist?

I'm looking for a wordpress theme that will let me:

use a graphic as a "post"
allow the graphics to have interactive elements (ie 2-3 buttons inside them that will link to other pages of the blog)
Allow some kind of "drop down" or "fan out" menu (may be 2-5 choices per button) when you roll over the button.

maybe my plan is to sophisticated for WP, but if there is a theme that can do this, or something similar, I'd appreciate the "heads up"

I'm totally lost at what it is you want to do. Do you have an example?

Are you referring to a drop down menu? And what do you mean by interactive elements? Would they be different for each post?

Couldn't you create a graphic in Photoshop then slice it and make it do what you want then paste the html into a post?

basically what I want is to have a picture. When you rollover the picture 2 buttons appear.
When you click on one of the buttons, either a drop down menu appears, of the subcategories fan out like the Google wonderwheel.

Does that make it any clearer?

You'd have to code a custom one... But it's not like WP can't handle something like that.

If you use Flash for the graphic part, all the themes can do that (lol).

It depends on the coder. I can make you a single swf, and you can manage it on the backend, so, I only code that once. And another person could do multiple swf for every post.

And the truth is: Flash isn't good for SEO. So all the link won't get indexed.

I'm sorry..I wasn't talking about the flash thing. I was asking about a custom coded WP theme....
