What is BlogFarmer?

What is blogfarmer? I've searched this forum and g009le for it and came up with nothing. Does it have another name perhaps? I want to read up on the features and specs.

blog farmer being a program? or blog farmer being someone who produces blog farms [blogs set up for link building or other spam purposes]?

I've read posts where people make reference to BlogFarmer as a software. But all my searches for info about it come up empty.

its not a program as such,its a term used for software which creates tons of blogs automatically.an example is:
hxxp://w3.blogslammer.com

Yes, that's what that software is. I found out a little info about it.
