Platinum SEO Pluging Setup? Check Boxes?

So I recently Migrated from All in one SEO to Platinum SEO plugin.

I never understood what all the check boxes in All in one were about..nevermind all the check boxes in Platinum SEO are for..

Is there an easy answer that does not require me to learn what every check box does and how it applies to my blogs?

Like Check em all?

Uncheck em all?

What's the best results?
