Which would be the best or maximum values for my site NOT to be banned by google for too much activity beneath it?

1. how many posts/day/blog (maximum) containing links to one site can be made?
2. how many links can I include in one post (maximum)?
3. how frequently can I ping it?

Who penalize the fact that 2 or more articles are identical on one blog: people or google?

yes I think natural is the key here.

However, I have seen spam blogs going to the top pages for popular search phrases from time to time; I recon these are usually short term though.

I guess the key is, if you are going to do this long term, you'd want to write quality/sticky content and grow your blog naturally that way
