Anybody care to list a few mainstream blog directories that are actually worth submitting to? Any with high PR, or that send ok traffic?

I know there's a few multi-directory submitters for adult blogs, anything like that out there for mainstream stuff? Somewhere Bizopp, and sweepstakes type blogs are readily accepted would be ideal...

I don't know if it is considered a blog directory, but I generally make sure that every blog I have is on technorati. It is a must for me. Plus there is deli.cio.us amazing amount of traffic i have generated from there.
