I'd be interested, but I've been trying for the longest to setup wpmu and I can't seem to get it to operate the way I like or want...but I did d/l some vids that should help so will check that later...but definitely a worthy avenue to attempt.

Don't like the no advertising requirement- someone's got to pay the bills for hosting the site and a little adsense can go a long way on that scale of sites.
You have to see it the other way around. If you provide 10 domains on unique IP’s and have adsense on these you will earn a little cash. But if you have access to 1000 MU blogs where you can make your own blogs, where do you think you will earn the most money?
how do you get ips from different classes for each blog? what hosting services do you use?
Many hosting companies offer this. The idea is to get as many different link locations as possible so it is harder for mighty g*oo*gle to see what we are doing. Also the link will have the most value if they come from different places around the globe.

Ok now I will explain in more details.
This idea can be used for the old white hat guys to boost their sites with links in a very natural way.
But it can also be used for gray/black hat scripts like blog*slammer that can make quick pages.
The reason I said no ads was for the blog owner (Not the domain owner) to have full control of this blog.
So you also can make nice looking sites without the domain owner filling it with ads.
My idea was to build a member section where you can login and add you’re MU blogs. You will not have access to any MU blogs from other members before you submit your own.
One of the most important things is to have as many different hosting companies/locations in our club. So there is no idea to let members keep posing the same class C IP blog. The biggest hosting companies got many different class C IP’s under their roof so there should be room for us. When members add there MU-blogs the software will ping the IP’s so we have the IP and location. We want to be able to reject members that add the same class C ip. So it will be good idea to join as one of the first.
This WpMuClub should be free and only be for BHW and invites to keep the quality high. And off course there will be a max of how big the member base should be.
A good idea is to get a dedicated server and you can get it from 50$ and up. Make sure you can get up to 10 iP’s and ask for different class c. This is a small fee to be able to get the ultimate linking power possible. If you use this tool/club correct you could get the ranking you only have dreamed about.
Also the domain owner of the MU blog can earn back his hosing cost by selling
PR on his front-page.
You may ask how this is possible. But have you ever seen a sub site on a domain having higher page rank than the main domain? (I think I did read that in the g*oo*gle patent).
