I've set up 5 autoblogs to my websites targeting different keywords will this help my serps for my website??

It wouldn't have much impact at all unless those autoblogs have high PR

Also, are these sites on different IP? If the are on the same IP then Google counts the link as 1

It's better that you build other backlinks to help you achieve better serp rankings

All links help.

High PR links help more, but all links help.

Of course it will help, but from my understanding, big G will start focusing on individual pages more rather than whole websites.

Don't get me wrong, the more juice one site has, the better, but focus on quality of each page, like the way you tag things, and what meta tags you have, to name a few.
