    Default My First Autoblog Journey

I have just embarked on my first autoblog journey. I just registered my .info domain, and am waiting for the DNS to propagate so that I can get started. I will be updating this post daily to keep you guys up to date with my progress, and to ask any questions that I am sure I will come across on my journey. I have spent the past week or so reading posts, e books, and tuts that I have found around these and other forums. I am a web developer so I wont have any problems with the back end coding. I am however new to BlackHat SEO and am still grasping some of the techniques used. I have gotten the following tools that will hopefully help me on my journey.

    1. SE Nuke 6.23
    2. Market Samurai (Helped a TON with keyword research)
    3. The Best Spinner
    4. **********
    5. Tweet Adder
    6. Twitter BlackHat
    7. Miracle Traffic Bot
    8. Bookmark Demon
    9. Autopligg

I also have the following Wordpress Plugins

    1. WPRobot 3.0
    2. Web Traffic Genius Pro
    3. Advertising Manager
    4. All in one SEO Pack
    5. Contact Form 7
    6. Exclude Pages
    7. Google SiteMap Generator
    8. Open in NewWindow
    9. Sexy Bookmarks
    10. Statpress
    11. Twitter Tools
    12. WP Followme
    13. WP Greet box

    The Plan:

I plan on creating a few original posts comparing and contrasting different products and then linking them to my affilates amazon and ebay. After I have done this I plan to turn on WP-Robot and let it go to work. I plan on letting the blog operate on its own without any SEO for about a week. I will then begin to create backlinks and submit articles to web 2.0 sites using the many tools I have available to me.

    1. Find Niche Market + Keywords - COMPLETE
    2. Register Domain with Keywrods - COMPLETE
    3. Install Wordpress - COMPLETE
    4. Install WPRobot - COMPLETE
    5. Install all Plugins - COMPLETE
    6. Configure WPRobot - COMPLETE
    7. Configure all Plugins - COMPLETE
    8. Install and Modify Template - COMPLETE
    9. SEO Website Meta Info + Keywords - COMPLETE
    10. Modify theme for Adsense add Adsense + Affiliate links throughout - INCOMPLETE
    11. Start WPRobot and let run for 1 week - INCOMPLETE
    12. Begin building backlinks using methods learned here - INCOMPLETE

I would appreciate everyones input and feedback on my current game plan. Shezboy's guide was a big help to me and I wouldn't have gotten as far as I have without it. I guess the only question I really have so far is this: If my domain is newly registered how "aggressive" can I be when building my backlinks?

My advice would be to create at least 20 autoblogs.... That way, you can guarantee an income of some sort.

I wanted to do one to start and create it perfectly, I mean make it absolutly the best that I can make an autoblog, then if it makes money then I know that I can make money doing this. I will create more very rapidly after this one is completed

I'm creating about 1 blog a day since May 1st. I've very encouraged with my results so far. It sounds like you have a solid plan so you should see some success.

My advice is to not use Statpress. The data can be very mis-leading. I'd use G00gle Analytics instead.

Statpress may tell you you have 100 UV the 2nd day the blog is live. I think it counts spider visits as UVs. Just my $.02.

Keep us informed of your progress and good luck!

Alright man thanks for the advice, I will install Google Analytics later on tonight when I get home. I think stat press is off because whenever I hit post new from the WPRobot menu it adds about 10 user page views.

Well this autoblog is pretty much 100% done I just need to optimize the template I'm using for my affiliate links and adsense. I should be able to do this tonight. This whole process was extremely easy, I have a web development background which might have helped . I plan to create 9 more autoblogs this month and see where I end up.

Can you point me to Shezboy's guide?

I am also curious on the backlinks question (how much is too much for a brand new domain)?

I also don't understand one aspect of your project. How does Web 2.0 article submission generate backlinks?

I'm still pretty green myself on SEO but my history has been to create a niche site, spin unique content, add affiliates/cpc to monetize, then build backlinks (blog spam, profile / social etc).

I have some tips for you. I STRONGLY reccommend that you take your website name down, as posting that here is a terrible idea. What is to stop me registering your exact keyword with a different domain extension and using Xrumer extrememly aggressively on your site until I know I have sandboxed it leaving you without any earnings whatsoever?

You may ask why somebody would do that however this is black hat world. We are black hat. If I had lower morals and no will to help I would do that and steal your exact niche for my own.

Instead, some advice to help you is you should add a ping list, which can be found here
    prelovac.com/vladimir/wordpress-ping-list
Also make sure you create and submit a sitemap to google, which can be done easily with the dragon design sitemap generator.

Hi: and good luck with your new autoblog project.

one suggestion... you might want to consider an 'affiliate disclosure statement' page.

for example, a statement that includes this kind of information...

"This disclosure statement is provided in relation and in accordance with the Federal Trade Commissions's 16 CFR, Part 255: “Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.”

This blog uses affiliate programs for monetization, which means when you click on links to various sites that appear in posts or pages, and make a purchase, this can result in a commission that is credited to my website." Blah Blah

Search on net for examples of this kind of disclosure.
