How to make posts not visible when published, But able to view when linked to. The problem with private feature is the posts are not visible if not logged in.

So anyone know a way to make posts not be displayed on website but to allow non logged in persons to see these posts when they are linked to?

For this purpose You can use plugin "WP Hide Post"

In particular, this plugin allows you to control the visibility of a post in various different views:

* The Front Page (Homepage, depending on your theme, this may not be relevant)
