I am looking for any wordpress theme that will serve to work with CPA offers, Adsense, Amazon or Ebay. I would prefer one with a clean layout. i.e CPA banners and adsense on the side(right) while the amazon content can occupy the main / central area.

It doesn't have to follow the exact description but any closely related theme will work fine.

Have you looked at the Heatmap Theme. It is free and pretty versatile in terms of widgets and placements.

The Atahualpa theme will do all you need and more,you can change anything you want including design elements and adsense layout etc

I am using Prosense because its so easy
