Adding an Exit Splash?

Hey guys, been searching around but can't seem to find an answer other than purchasing a plug-in. How can I add an exit splash screen to my wordpress blog?

As far as I know, your best luck is to go with the premium plugins. Theres

, but I'm not sure how compatible it is with wordpress. Otherwise, just hire a code writer to write it into your blogs code.
