Does it rewrite the articles before posting them?

Article Fetch is posting unrelevant content which i not inserted in the category list? Any wrong with that?

Just checked out the video and plugin looks very easy to use. I did have a question though. Since the plugin does not scrape the original authors resource box won't this be an issue with Google as well as with the original author? Shouldn't we be crediting the original author since we are not doing any rewrites with articles? Also when the plugin gets articles is it getting them straight from the article directories?

I installed this plugin yesterday and set it to scrape the keyword acne. When i looked today it had posted an entry titled

Is this you injecting advertising posts randomly into the scrapes? Looks a bit suspicious

My god this thing is awful. I'm pulling a ton of "categories" that are spammy product titles and reviews, not categories. There are so many that my browser locks up for 2-3 minutes every time I load the options page. Unusable.

Is there an update coming?

I had the same problem, -just noticed it too...

It was working great before this issue hit, but not any more!

same problem about spam. Deactivated and just saving keywords.

Anyone know of any good alternatives that are free or is this working now?

@Monsterclicks - your demo site shows no content. I realize you mentioned it almost 4 months ago but what does that say?

@Monsterclicks THANK YOU!! This is the 4th one I've tried and the only one that worked. I want adult and sexually-themed articles and the others seemed to think I needed articles on genital warts . . .

I'm trying to re-create the feeds I'm getting from this joint called inst an t su perst ore. It's good auto content but I need to get it off that platform and onto my own host. Your plugin is the closest I've been able to get.

No spam posts so far, only content related to my categories. Even my custom cats are pulling 100% perfectly.

I did try this plugin on a new blog of mine and it had some issues. It did post to the category correctly but had weird formatting issues. I used it on WP 2.9.2 on a WooThemes theme.

First post it showed the first paragraph normally but showed the next 2 paragraphs in bold font, and I believe both the opening and closing paragraphs were truncated meaning they didn't start as a normal article starts or ends.

Ex: A normal article might start like "Car Insurance in Alaska is cheaper if....." whereas the article fetch plugin stared the article like "is cheaper if..." so it really looks choppy, bold font for no reason etc.

Not sure if I did anything wrong but couldn't get it to work. I only tried it twice though. Would LOVE for this thing to work correctly but only seems to for certain people?!

No articlefetch button appears in my wp dashboard once i've installed. Any ideas?

We made a couple of changes (not to name it as a new release) I would like your feedback / testing if possible.

We're scaling the plug in to a new version in short so some of these bugs can be out of the way.

gorang, mina2020, I forgot to mention but can you both make sure that the permission for the WP Article Fetch folder is 777 so that we can write to it?

Let me know if this is done already double check give me a feedback right away if possible.

Warning's in PHP don't usually interfere with the function of the script. You can edit the code to suppress warnings.

owh, i never know wp article fetch is one of your plugin. i used this few months ago. but after that i turned to wp robot. but for me, your plugin is the best free plugin for autoblog.

I,'m still having a problem previously stated, perhaps I missed the answer (?).
1.5.5 installed, no evidence of a problem.
No articles are posting to blog (internally nor externally), even though the message stating that posting was successful appears.
Any advice would be appreciated.
I love this concept !
btw, category is "music"

@Bruiser! thanks for the feedback I have sent this to my developer, he is trying to replicate the environment to see if he can see the same error on his end in order to figure this out.

The 1st article from the plug in has been slated to post in about 2 weeks.
The plug in has been active since I installed it, about a week.
As stated earlier, category is music.
Don't know if this info will be helpful or not, but figured what the heck.

Any estimate to how much longer ?
